Setting up Your Acme People Search System
Step 1:
If you have not signed up and confirmed your Acme People Search (APS) account, do this now.
Step 2:
Login to you APS account:
Complete Step 1 to success.
In this step you will join 3 FREE affiliate programs:
-- ClickBank
-- MyLife
-- HD Publishing
Follow the instructions in the Step 1 to success back office and enter each affiliate program ID where required
Step 3:
Create Your Niche Search Site Name
Again Login to your APS account
You want a domain name related to people search so think about different options
Example:
steve-people-search
people-search-by-steve
peoplesearch101
Go to Step 2 to Success in the APS back office and Join the GDI program.
GDI is going to be the web service that hosts your niche people search engine.
When you join gdi you will enter the site name you want to use, if it is available it is yours, if not try another option.
GDI is free to join for the first 7-days, and will also be a residual income source for your opportunity.
Step 4:
Set Up You GDI Account For APS
Set up your GDI account for the APS system.
When you Join GDI, by default your website will be a GDI promotional affiliate page. You need to login to your GDI account and set up the
system for webhosting.
1. Login to your GDI members area
2. Scroll down on the page until you find the "Domains" Link on the left menu
3. Click on the "Domains" link and this will bring up you "MANAGE YOUR DOMAINS"
4. Select your domain name and click on the "Change Setting" button.
5. There will be five settings you can choose from.
SiteBuilder
Forwarding
Hosting
Parking
Nameservers
SELECT THE "HOSTING" OPTION and select continue
You should get a message which says "Hosting {yourdomainname}.ws Activated Successfully! Check your original email
address for instructions
Since Acme People Search is going to generate your webpages and upload them to the server you need to go back to the
APS backoffice and enter your domain name, Hosting USERNAME (your GDI login name) and GDI hosting password.
Step 5:
Add GDI information into APS Back office
Return back to the APS backoffice and select the Step 2 to success link and enter
your GDI information to allow the APS system to automatically produce and place
your search engine pages on the GDI hosting account.
You can verify your search engine is generated by going to your GDI website domain.
www.[web domain name selected].[EXT used (ws/com/info/net)]
The Dotcomathome search engine is at: www.dotcomathome.ws
It may take a few moments for your site to be generated
When you complete the APS step 2 your search engine will have a 65% display rate associated with it.
What does this mean?
This means your personal affiliate links will receive 65% of the traffic click through on the site. The other 35% will go to other user links.
Since APS has not charged you anything for their services to this point, this is a fair alternative. However, you really want to get the 100%
display rate so all clicks go to your links, and there are additional benefits for doing this.
Step 6:
Complete APS Step 3 to Success - Advertise
Again in the APS back office click on step 3 to success. In this step
you are going to subscribe to the APS system for 29.95/month, but you are not
charged until the end of your first 30 days. (30 Days Free)
Benefits to completing Step3:
--> You get 100% display rate for your affiliate links on your website.
--> Allows you to set up the FORCED GDI hosting system.
--> Provides you $125 commission payment to your APS account.
APS pays commissions into your account based on the steps your referrals complete, the payout is when your account
payable balance is $200. As of November 19, 2009 you also need to have completed Step 3 for 45 day prior to the
bi weekly pay date inorder to get paid. If not, your account balance will roll over until these conditions are met.
APS added this requirement to control Fraudulent users adding fake accounts to up their own APS commissions.
Completing the Step 3 to success Jump starts your account balance to $125. You also earn for the following referral completed steps.
Step 1 Completed ---- earn $5
Step 2 Completed ---- see note below
Step 3 Completed ---- earn $15
You earn commission from GDI and not APS when Step 2 is completed with the forced GDI system set up.
It is also important to note the the FORCED GDI will not guarentee every referral that is listed as GDI in the APS back office will be
in your GDI downline. It is possible current GDI members will join APS under you, but since they already have a GDI account they will
not be signing up in your GDI network. The Forced GDI works to get new APS members that do not have a GDI account to join your GDI network.
Step 7:
Set Up Your Forced GDI option
Why do you want to do this?
Doing this requires your referrals to use the GDI system to host their own search site on.
If they are not already a GDI member then they can join in your GDI Network and this will help you build
the monthly residual GDI income.

To set up the forced GDI your first need to have completed the Step 3 to success and have a 100% display rate for your search engine.
